PROJECT DETAILS
Mugga Lane Solar Park involved the development of a utility scale solar photovoltaic (PV) farm in Canberra, ACT.
EMPLOYMENT
The project generated 45 jobs during construction and is supporting ongoing research and development of Solar PV technology.
SITE LOCATION
The site was selected through a GIS (Geographical Information System) constraints mapping exercise which took into account the presence of local stakeholders, solar resource, energy demand, grid connection, land accessibility and the greater town plan.
